Everyone at Briar Rose Creamery is passionate about creating delicious cheese. With cheese as our vehicle, we strive to build collaborative relationships with chefs, cheesemongers, and cheese lovers. The feedback we get from cheese buyers helps us improve our product and our process. We’re always striving to create the “perfect” cheese.
