Butterbaby
Butterbaby is a personal sized Butterbloom. A Soft, bloomy rind Guernsey cow’s milk cheese. It’s super soft, with a delicate, thin, fluffy white rind. It has a custardy texture and beautiful aroma. It tastes of warm buttermilk, creamed corn, papaya, popcorn, oyster mushrooms, buttercream frosting, and crème fraiche.
