Our Community
Everyone at Briar Rose Creamery was passionate about creating delicious cheese. With cheese as our vehicle, we built collaborative relationships with chefs, cheesemongers, and cheese lovers. The feedback we got from cheese buyers helped us improve our product and our process. We’re always striving to create the “perfect” cheese.
We were proud to be Oregon cheesemakers and were privileged to partner with a rich community of food producers and purveyors.
Briar Rose Creamery’s Farm Store
We had a Farm Store! We were open every Friday and Saturday from Noon - 5:00pm, year-round or schedule a tasting appointment weekdays, Monday-Thursday.
