After 16 wonderful years of cheesemaking, Jim and I are retiring! 🥂✨
It has been an incredible journey building Briar Rose Creamery, and the most meaningful part of this business has been the people. We are so honored to call so many of our customers, farmers, and partners our friends.
As we prepare for our next adventure, we will be ceasing production at the end of April. We are releasing our final aging batches of cheese now, and are putting our 12-acre farm, home, and turnkey creamery up for sale.
You can still find our final batches at our Dundee Farm Store (open Fridays & Saturdays, 12-5 pm) and at select retail partners and cheese counters until inventory runs out.
